Your own experience is a very good thing to study, but other experience is the best thing to study. If you are sure to a certain career or future you can have a description from some one that has experienced in the same field. For instance, to be a good entrepreuneur you can choose such as Donald Trump, Bill Gate, and so on. And so for other kind of career.
