Deadly Step in Mastering Foreign Language?

For many people, mastering foreign language is a big problem. Many course have been followed for several years even it is learned in the junior until senior high school, but the result is not
satified. And the most result is only to be passive communicator and some can write in foreign language.
To master a foreign language actually quite simple and it is needed less time for about 2 years. But may be you wonder how.
I will give a tip. JUST GO TO THE NATIVE COUNTRY AND STAY FOR A WHILE FOR INSTANCE TWO YEARS. I surely you can master the foreign language.
Why is it happen.
As you can feel in you country, language is a need to survive in you community. Your surroundings use the same language. You indirectly study your language 24 hours. Any activity and anywhere and any time
you use your language. That is why your kids can understand the mother tounge language.
So can you imagine if you live in foreign countries? You will be forced to study language for 24 hours even it is indirectly. But the process of study will make you understand better than you study in your
country. There is no other deadly step to master foreign country than go to the targeted country and study there.
