The secret of Leading Hard People

A chinese wisdom words stated that there is no more strength than mildness.
Leading a hard people is really not an easy job. If we are too stuff to them it will result nothing but great resistance.
This such king of coleris people need better soft approach. Never confront to them but just listen to what they said.
And then based on their idea lead them to do in their way what we want. Try to make them feel that it is their idea and we follow them.
Our mission is not to make easy seen our leadership on their eyes because this kind of man doesn't like so. Our mission is to make
our program done well by them without they feel that they do our order.
Hard people is like a reef that very stable to the sea wave. It is very strong to change. But they will be very consistance with their choice.
But a nature has been tought us that even water and wind can hole a rock. It is caused by the consistancy and persistancy.
So what we need to lead them is our consistancy and persistancy in doing the mission. Never force them with our way but let them do in their way.
But don't forget we should always control that what the team do is in the corridor of the mission towards a vision or goal.
