How to Recruit Hard People and Lead Them

Hard people are a very interesting personal if they can join your team. It is hard for them to join your business. It is not due to your business is bad, but it is caused the very very
careful decision they should make. Not many networker can stand with these such men. But if they know the execellence of them, it is going to be disappointed if not recruit them.
Hard to take decision, it means they will commit when after taking the decision. So to recruit them, we need to be persistance in following up and wait until they have a mood.
Just try to listen and find out the weakness of them. If we are persitance enough, once upon a time we are going to find what they need.
Until so far, we can recruit them into our team. Now our duty is to lead them.
Leading such kind persons is not difficult. They are such a coleris personality. So what you need is to provide a very comprehensive information and training program. Jus guide them to understand the system.
Giving much example and challange. They will run faster then anyone else in your group.
